As a Supplier Development Engineer, you will ensure the timely supply of material for the Carl Zeiss SMT Semiconductor Mask Solutions by defining countermeasures, tracking the progress of the measures and leading to a successful conclusion when delaying delivery by suppliers. Your duties include: Initiating and conducting countermeasures in the event of delay of delivery by suppliers in order to ensure a timely and demand-oriented delivery

close cooperation with other departments and experts

a pronounced leadership competence, proven by experience in (lateral) leadership and management of teams, preferably in the SCM and/or development projects environment

good technical understanding and general knowledge of manufacturing processes in different industries

Experience in evaluating schedules, technical documentation and general progress reports

advanced IT skills, especially MS Office and SAP MM, as well as experience in project work

fluent German knowledge in word and writing and very good English knowledge
