Senior Business Consultant CRM (m/f/d)

CRM processes advise: You advise international experts on CRM, sales and service processes and transfer technical requirements to sustainable digital solutions.

Structure requirements: You take up requirements, analyze these in the context of existing processes and create sound specialist concepts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and adjacent solutions.

Rollouts accompany: You support international CRM rollouts, stabilise existing country organisations and ensure that processes and information remain in the river efficiently.

Workshops moderate: You run international workshops, bring together stakeholders from sales, service, digital solutions, management and country organisations and create common policy bases.

You coordinate UAT and Hypercare phases, work closely with architecture, product owners and development teams, and take over the professional leadership in projects without disciplinary leadership.

CRM Consulting Experience: You bring many years of experience in the CRM or business consulting environment, ideally in international transformation or rollout projects. Digital process competence: You have well-founded know-how in CRM process design, requirements engineering, sales, service and after-sales processes as well as process harmonisation.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365; Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Scrum are advantageous.

Method thickness: You work safely with Business Analysis, BPMN, Process Modeling, Agile Work, Project Management and Requirement Management; Further training in Product Ownership, Change Management or Business Analysis fits very well.

Communication worldwide: You communicate confidently in German and English, moderate international workshops and bring intercultural competence and readiness to travel for international applications.
