The PENNY logistics with its ten locations in Germany ensures the reliable delivery of the markets and thus the availability of goods for our customers. The “Processes and Systems Logistics” team supports logistics locations and simultaneously develops innovative solutions for the further development of our logistics processes and systems. Be part of this dedicated team and help to optimize the efficiency and productivity of our logistics processes across Germany and improve our warehouse and fleet processes daily.

You can move a lot with us. You are the first representative for the logistics locations of selected PENNY regions in Germany. You identify opportunities for optimising various logistics processes and implement them in close cooperation with the logistics, IT, sales, etc. departments within the REWE Group. From the idea to the rollout, you are responsible for managing projects. You act as a central interface between the operating locations, IT and other departments. The conception, preparation and implementation of workshops and training courses to enable our colleagues: inside the operational business is in your hands.

You can become part of our team. You have a Bachelor degree in Logistics or Economics or a comparable qualification. You have at least five years of professional experience with a focus on logistics processes and systems. You have already gained experience in carrying out process optimizations and managing projects. You are characterized by your analytical skills, your high degree of self-initiative and your entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking. You master Excel and PowerPoint as a professional, present powerful and convincing. Due to our company language and cooperation with our logistics locations, we require German knowledge on C2 level. You are ready to carry out business trips to the individual logistics locations.
