• Active development of the company-wide IT Service Management System based on ITIL

• Constant improvement of ITSM process and service quality by KPIs

• Supporting and consulting our business units in the enterprise service management environment

• Ensuring optimal support of ITSM processes through the ESM application

• Training of ITSM Process and Application Users

• Close cooperation with other Process Owners

• Independently responsible and innovative work with high quality awareness in an open team

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or computer science, as an alternative a comparable training with experience in service management

• Good knowledge of ITSM processes

• Ideally certifications in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks

• Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems and technologies

• German and English language fluent at least level B2

• "Hands-on" mentality, convincing appearance, communication strength and high autonomy
