Building contractor representation at our new construction and revitalization projects in northern Germany Independent coordination and control of commercial, technical and legal processes, both internal and external service providers (including planning, engineering services and construction services) in order to ensure a smooth running of the project Cooperation: Close exchange with internal departments and external service providers, such as planners, engineers and construction companies, to ensure optimal project progress Contract management: creation, testing and negotiation of contracts with planners, engineers and construction companies as well as responsibility for their successful implementation Monitoring and controlling of the technical performance of planners and general contractors and of the individual works to ensure that quality, time and budget requirements are met Comprehensive support for the entire project from the design and planning phase to the final completion and handover to the client

Qualification: completed university studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering. As an alternative, we also look forward to applicants (m/w/d) with comparable qualifications and corresponding professional experience in the construction industry. Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in project management / project management of residential and commercial real estate Expertise: Long-standing experience in the implementation of complex new building and transformation projects – preferably with (founded) knowledge in timber construction Interest: Enthusiasm for the development of innovative structural and industrial solutions Legal knowledge: Excellent knowledge in building and contract law (VOB, HOAI etc.) Personal strengths: flexibility, high performance and customer orientation Appearance: Professional and sovereign appearance, persuasiveness and enforcement, paired with pronounced sub-occupantic thinking and independent working Travel readiness: Local travel within Germany
