Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Engineer / Technicians / Master

The following activities are included in your task: You advise the project participants with the focus on air conditioning, ventilation, heating and sanitation technology as well as electrical. You control the planning of the structures of the building systems. You calculate, select offers and take over the building management of TGA-Gewerken HKLS or Elektro in turnkey construction projects. You're taxing entrepreneurs and monitoring dates and costs. You start the project documentation. You participate in the tendering and awarding of planning services and works.

You bring master/technical training in the field of supply technology; you have a successfully completed study or another subject-related training/activity. As a cross-comer with relevant professional experience, you are also welcome with us. You also bring experience in project execution in turn-key construction projects. You have VOB and HOAI knowledge. Your handling of MS Office is safe and routined. You have entrepreneurial thinking, contract understanding, team skills and a pronounced sense of cost and quality. Safe occurrence, enforcement capacity and negotiation skills vis-à-vis downstream companies and planners is desirable.
