The Haus Laupark of the nursing centre Am Laupark is a specialized home for people between the ages of 18 and 65, who need a lasting, highly professional care due to severe neurologic damage, such as brain trauma or strokes. As a nursing service (m/w/d) in an indefinite full-time team, you will lead a team that does far more than classic care: you will shape the everyday life of our residents.

Our focus is on preserving, promoting the remaining abilities of our residents and making them as liveable as possible every day. Our facility focuses on the long-term preservation of quality of life, the best possible degree of participation and a dignified, professionally sound supply. Become part of a team that works where other holidays – on the edge of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park – between Kassel, Korbach, Frankenberg and Schwalmstadt.

Together with your team, you design the everyday life and the quality of life of our residents with a high level of care. You combine technical excellence with heart and guide your area safely through all care and planning processes.

Your core tasks: Quality of care: You control the care processes, guide & evaluate care visas and develop our care concepts according to the latest scientific standards. Team leadership: You plan to work with employees, promote your team's personal responsibility and actively participate in the personnel selection and development. Organization: You ensure complete documentation and guarantee compliance with all statutory quality requirements. Communication: As an empathic interface, you are a trusted contact person for residents, relatives, doctors and the institution management.

Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or have a degree in nursing management or nursing care. a comparable qualification. Experience: You look back on a multi-year practical career in nursing – ideally you were able to sniff the first guide air. Qualification: You already have the training for nursing services in your pocket or you have the right desire to approach them with our support in a timely manner. Personality: You are a solution-oriented team player that shines through expertise and keeps an overview even in stressful moments. Heart & posture: An appreciation of one another is of course for you – residents, relatives and colleagues always meet at eye level.
