Advice: Technical support for policyholders, intermediaries and internal colleagues in complex issues.

Education: Completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or comparable qualification. First practical experience in the management of insurance contracts is advantageous. Technical know-how: Safe handling of computer and inventory management systems.
