Investment Controller Business Unit Mobility (m/f/d)

You develop sound recommendations for action and structure for management and thus support strategic decision-making processes. You carry out business assessments and economic considerations and create industry comparisons as well as individual and special evaluations. You analyse annual and medium-term plans as well as annual accounts and value monthly reports. You advise and support our joint and joint ventures in the field of mobility in specialist and industry-specific issues. You prepare quarterly talks with our subsidiaries and agree directly with their controlling – especially in the event of disagreement and coordination of necessary work. You evaluate documents for Supervisory Board and shareholder bodies, derive recommendations from them and create or accompany the creation of committee templates. You monitor the implementation of the public service obligations in the ÖPNV and determine the financing shares of the city of Halle and Stadtwerke Halle GmbH. You cooperate with the investment controlling of our subsidiaries and control them in the relevant areas. You represent Stadtwerke Halle GmbH in the bodies of the participating companies. You take over and coordinate special projects.

completed university studies (Diplom or Master) in the field of economics, industrial engineering or in a comparable course of study, appropriate professional experience, in particular in controlling or in a comparable function, knowledge of public services, participation management, transport financing and public service contracts; ideally industry-related expertise in the mobility business, distinct analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working; safe occurrence, very good communication skills and joy in cooperation with management, subsidiaries and bodies, safe handling of MS Office applications.
