Our MO/CRO department is responsible for the complete painting processes. Current projects are OEE's increase and process improvement with the aim of increasing the straight line and efficiency, as well as generating excellent outer skin and paint quality. These challenges come to you: Analysis of extensive production programs/processes/new plants or plants new vehicle models and their impact on the overall situation of the painting - planning and control of the commissioning of new and rebuilt plants

Developing measures and interests in difficult planning tasks and developing solutions

Participation in further development or Introduction of existing and new technologies/production processes and processes - develop complex optimization measures, introduce them and evaluate the impact on overall processes

Continuous methodological improvement of production characteristics and processes - guidance of projects in their own field and in conjunction with planning areas, suppliers and operators

Ideally you qualify for this job: Complete study of process engineering, chemistry, lacquer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production technology or comparable study programme

Knowledge of robotics (DÜRR/KUKA) as well as control technology and measurement technology

Professional experience in production, development or body construction

Knowledge of systematic analysis and problem solving methods (Ishikawa/8D/5W/...)

Good MS Office knowledge

Good knowledge of German and English
