completed training in the relevant discipline with comprehensive professional experience; As an alternative, Master/Technical Training Long-standing professional experience in building operations of a technologically demanding industrial company, proven experience in the planning and design of plants/services, experience in controlling external FM service providers and project execution Experience with the creation of performance specifications, tenders and their procurement good knowledge of all relevant legal and administrative provisions and the generally accepted technical rules and regulations.
