For our clients from Lingen (Ems), a state-of-the-art and innovative timber construction company specializing in modern, sustainable construction projects in the public sector, we are looking exclusively and immediately for a project management (m/w/d) for the performance phases 1-5. You act as an interface between the builder, production and their own building management and coordinate all processes from Lingen (Ems). Independent project management of larger construction projects (LP 1-5) Regular consultation with own production, clients and contractors Coordination of processes from tendering to completion Perception of on-site appointments in administrations and production

Graduate degree as a civil engineer, architect, economic engineer Bau (m/w/d) or as a construction engineer (m/w/d) with sound professional experience First professional experience as a construction management or project management desirable Knowledge of HOAI Independent, communicative and solution-oriented personality Low initial experience with tenders and contracting authorities (VOB)
