Leadership of the assigned team and ongoing work organisation to ensure the timely execution of orders Training and introduction of new employees as well as monitoring the quality and efficiency of work Cooperation with supervisors and the customer to ensure the achievement of the objectives Collection of working hours and absences as well as planning of representations for the assigned team Monitoring the smooth running of the processes and their continuous improvement

Experience in the distribution center or commissioning of advantage At least 3 years of professional experience in production / in the warehouse as well as at least one year experience in the position of a warehouse ladder The willingness to work in shiftwork, weekends and holidays flowing German language skills available in word and writing, English or Polish knowledge desirable Good knowledge about MS Office – especially Excel
