Level 2 ERP Support Central Europe (m/f/d)

You are the central point of contact for our Level 2 ERP support in Central Europe and ensure that our users work safely and efficiently with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM. In close cooperation with international teams, you actively contribute to the further development of our IT-based business processes. Acquisition of Level 2 Support for MS Dynamics 365 FSCM in the DACH region Support and training of users from purchasing, sales, accounting, warehouse and logistics Analysis, Priority and Structured Processing of Incidents and Service Requests Use of ticket systems for documentation, tracking and solution of user questions Documentation of ERP-based processes, guidelines and best practices Close cooperation with the international D365 support team Active participation in the optimization of business and ERP processes

You bring well-founded experience in ERP support with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and feel comfortable in process-oriented roles. With your analytical thinking and your communication strength, you are competently supporting users in an international environment. Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of studies or completed training as a specialist (w/m/d) for application development, specialist informatics (w/m/d) for system integration or comparable IT training Multiannual experience in support of MS Dynamics 365 FSCM Good knowledge of sales and logistics processes Experience in handling ticket and incident management systems of advantage Knowledge of D365 Retail & Commerce desirable, MS-D365 certification of advantage Secure communication in German and English, further language skills of advantage Embossed analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and to prioritize them meaningfully Very good communication and documentation skills Joy in cooperation in an international and multicultural environment
