We are a private clinic according to § 30 GewO and 100% subsidiary of MVZ orthopaedicum trier GmbH. We are now looking for a dedicated and self-sponsored personality in accounting for the commercial care of the clinic and MVZ in Trier.

You are responsible for the financial accounting of both companies and work closely with our management and Group Holding. This is about more than reliable figures: You bring in your experience and ideas, develop structures and actively develop modern and efficient financial processes.

Account Manager (m/w/d) Full-time or part-time (from about 20–25 hours/week) In this position you take a central role in our finance and accounting. For reliable figures and clear structures, you keep an overview and develop processes together with us. Financial accounting You carry out the ongoing financial accounting of both companies independently. You are responsible for the main accounting, debitor, creditor and asset accounting. You carry out accounts and reliably tune balance sheet and GuV accounts. You secure a proper accounting according to HGB and contributes accounting security up to the medium-sized corporation. You perform intercompany calculations and tune them. In case of sales tax topics, you actively participate – depending on the assignment with our tax office to the independent creation of the sales tax pre-registration.

You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB. You prepare the annual financial statements largely and also take part in the appendix and position report. You work closely and trustfully with our tax advisor and auditor. For the company tax returns created by our tax office, you will provide the necessary services.

Treasury and liquidity You are responsible for carrying out payment transactions and cash management. You'll start liquidity planning, cash forecast and cash flow accounting. You keep our cash flows in mind and continuously work on their optimization.

Processes and Reporting You continuously develop our accounting and commercial processes and actively contribute your ideas. You standardize and harmonize accounting processes across multiple societies. You start business analysis and reporting for our group holdings. With special analyses and your commercial expertise, you support our management in different commercial issues.

You are a competent contact person for our local management and employees on site. For our group holding, too, you are a key player in financial matters. You work closely and reliably with our tax advisor, auditor and other external partners.

You know very well in accounting, you like to work independently and keep track of complex issues. In addition to your professional competence, we appreciate reliable and solution-oriented cooperation. You have a commercial training with a focus on accounting, for example as a tax specialist or financial accountant. A further development to the account holder (IHK) or a comparable qualification is advantageous. You bring multi-year professional experience in accounting – ideally from medium-sized business groups. In the HGB and in accounting, you have very good knowledge and experience with medium-sized companies. With DATEV accounting you work out and have very good Excel skills. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and have a strong understanding of numbers and relationships. You communicate clearly and legally with internal and external opponents. Discretion, sense of responsibility and reliability are of course for you. This is a plus You already have experience in healthcare, for example in an MVZ or clinic, or know the requirements of comparable regulated industries. You bring experience with intercompany agreements and corporate structures.
