Responsible management and control of demanding projects in interior design Organisation and monitoring of all construction processes including Budget responsibility Coordination of technicians, material ordering and time monitoring Voting with subcontractors, builders and project teams Consultation and support of clients

Complete technical training or studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) Professional experience as a building manager or project manager desirable Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Secure handling of MS Outlook; knowledge of Merlin of advantage driving licence class B Advantages: leadership experience (Vorarbeiter/Monteure) and practical construction site experience
