Specialist Tenders (m/f/d)

You assume the central responsibility for the processing, coordination and optimization of all tender processes. As the first contact person for the sales team, you will clarify questions about tenders and agree closely with regional branches as well as specialist departments. You maintain and monitor the tendering sports halls we use and at the same time drive the development of digital platforms. You support the creation and timely submission of tender documents as part of tenders. All alert activities are documented carefully and compile meaningful statistics and evaluations for tracking and improvement. In addition, you take over administrative tasks in the sales and service service service, such as order collection, customer support and care of master data. By participating in projects to further develop and digitize the area, you actively contribute to process improvement.

You have completed commercial training and first professional experience, ideally in the sales service or in tender management. Public and private tender procedures accompany you routined from preparation to delivery. You are familiar with electronic tendering portals or are willing to work quickly into these tools. You work in a structured and independent manner and keep an overview of several tasks. Your strong organizational skills and communication talent help you to work effectively with sales, specialist departments and external contacts. You are interested in the further development and optimization of processes and are looking forward to actively shaping improvement projects. With very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, you can communicate safely in the international environment.
