You do this with us: As a plant mechanic HKLS in facility management (w/m/d), you are part of our facility management team and is responsible for the safe operation of building technology in the areas of heating, ventilation and sanitation in an object of our customers. You can be used as a home technician in a fixed object or as a mobile service technician. These include: First contact for our customers on site Operation, maintenance and maintenance of building equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities) Disorder analysis, disorder elimination and small repairs Start-up of HLS plants Implementation of safety, function and performance tests including documentation Preparation and maintenance of test, maintenance and inspection reports Coordination and supervision of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work

Successfully completed training as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation manufacturer, gas and water installer or comparable technical qualification First professional experience in maintenance, maintenance or building engineering desirable Customer-oriented, reliable and independent working Driving licence class B required
