Buyer for construction and planning services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the purchase of services and supply services and construction services for construction and maintenance projects of the country As a direct contact person, you are responsible for our internal project participants throughout the entire procurement process, from initial consultation and strategy development, contract design, procurement, commissioning and subcontracting. The independent implementation of European and national procurement procedures for construction and engineering services by VgV, UVgO and VOB/A, as well as the statutory audit of tendering and award documents, are part of your area of responsibility. In cooperation with the demand centres, you support the examination and evaluation of offers and are responsible for the conclusion of construction and planning contracts. You ensure compliance with procurement and procurement principles, including to reduce compliance risks

You have successfully completed university studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Economic Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Economics, Economics, Economic Law or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: Ideally, you will have several years of professional experience in public procurement, in purchasing or in construction and real estate knowledge of procurement and contract law (GWB, VgV, VOB, UVgO) and HOAI are desirable; Alternatively, you bring the willingness to acquire them You have a high level of willingness to work on complex legal issues and bring a high affinity for contractual issues with You provide a structured, independent and result-oriented way of working and have good communication skills. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately €51.400,00 – approx. € 82.600,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to an A 12 LBesO A grade office.
