Responsible for the timely and precise production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and the consolidated financial statements according to HGB Contact persons for internal (specialised departments) and external (economic auditors, tax advisors, authorities) stakeholders in accounting and tax issues Management of investment assets including booking of access, depreciation and depreciation Ensuring legal and regulatory accounting of business incidents Creation and timely submission of monthly sales tax pre-registrations and summary reports Support in the creation of monthly reporting – including GuV, balance sheet and cash flow orders for five individual companies and for the consolidated group Book account statements, input and output invoices as well as travel expenses Support for regular liquidity monitoring, control and forecast

Successfully completed commercial training with further training to the account holder, tax specialist, tax specialist or comparable training or Studies Multiannual, relevant professional experience using accounting software, ideally Simba or DATEV, as well as an ERP system Knowledge of plant accounting and turnover tax and customs law Safe handling of MS Office, especially advanced knowledge in Excel Excellent numerical affinity and a very careful way of working High sense of responsibility, reliability and teamability Entrepreneurial, medium-sized way of thinking and action Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
