Head of Operations and Portfolio Management Brokers & Partners (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility for leadership, earnings management and strategic development of the business portfolio with a strong focus on broker distribution, profitability, efficient processes and quality assurance – complemented by active role in transformation and strategic projects. Guided tours and overall responsibility Total responsibility for management, control and further development of the area including decentralized units Responsibility for a profitable business portfolio (€130 million) Portfolio, Market & Sales Management Control and further development of a profitable portfolio including Restoration and growth Development and implementation of market management strategies Central interface and relationship management for broker distribution and external partners Customer, Risk & Quality Management Ensuring risk-based drawing and high-quality customer and sales partners Control and improvement of service quality, key figures and productivity Operation, Processes & Transformation Optimizing efficient (digital) processes and organizational frameworks Ensuring service levels and operational performance Qualification of sales and participation in strategic and digital transformation projects

Professional qualification & market competence Completed studies (Economics/BWL etc.) or comparable training in insurance Long-term, well-founded experience in commercial insurance, in particular in insurance/ brokerage, underwriting and interface management Deep understanding of all company divisions and the commercial market – especially the broker segment Leadership & Transformation Experience detectable leadership experience with responsibility for teams and/or organisational units, ideally also across locations Experience in building, developing and transforming organisations and processes – in particular in the context of digitalisation Ability to develop, motivate and align employees on common goals Analytical & Strategic Competence Very pronounced analytical and conceptual skills Ability to identify market opportunities, trends and new business models in the broker environment Strong understanding of economic relationships and control logics (growth, yield, efficiency) Personal & social skills High level of self-responsibility, self-responsibility and readiness to perform Embossed customer and sales orientation Very strong communication, argumentation and negotiation capability Enforcement and high team and social competence Working conditions Safe handling of MS Office and very good presentation skills (personal and digital) High readiness
