Working Student Project Management Office - PMO (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Development Process division in Stuttgart (Germany) at the next possible time.

• Supporting activities in project management

• Maintenance of project plans and tracking of milestones

• Work with Project and Office Tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, possibly Jira/Confluence)

• Preparation of simple reports, dashboards and presentations for internal meetings

• Record management, appointment organization and follow-up of open points

• General support in the daily business of the PMO (ad hoc tasks, research, data management)

• Participation in optimizing processes and templates

• Continuous studies in BWL, economic engineering, computer science, media or similar fields of study

• interest in project management; first experiences are welcome, but no need

• Good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

• Openness, communication strength and team spirit

• Reliable, structured functioning and enthusiasm for organizational tasks
