You analyse, develop and disseminate IT-ser­vice management tools such as incident management, problem management, or asset management to enhance efficiency and service quality. Existing processes evaluate critically, identify potential optimisation and develop tailor-made, future-oriented solutions. You accompany the introduction of new processes and ensure their effective integration into the existing IT landscape. In addition, you train users and promote the ITSM process. In close cooperation with IT teams and experts, you will ensure a seamless integration of all process interfaces.

You have a dispensed study in the field of IT management or project management, e.g. business information or information, or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded knowledge in the IT Service Management, ideally with ITIL Foundation. With regard to the development and conversion of ITSM resources, in particular incident management, problem management or asset management, you will have practical experience. Analytical thinking and a good understanding of complex processes characterize your way of working. You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly and advance solutions in the team.
