Working Student IT Service Management (m/f/d)

You bring our IT-Service Management solution to the point communicatively and develop content for a strong external representation (texts, pages, formats). You will also design and provide our SharePoint-based information page - from structure and navigation to current content. In addition, you will create clear documentary and short video tutorials (e.g. screencasts) so that international users can quickly understand our solution. You work closely with our specialist teams, get input and control content production until publication.

You are immatricated (communication/media science, business informatics, etc.) and you want to participate independently. First practice with docus and/or video content (tutorials, screencasts) - also from university projects or private works would be a plus point. You work structured, think analytically and deliver reliably - even if you drive topics independently. In addition, you have a quick understanding and enjoy working in new tools and features and explaining them intelligibly. In addition, you can safely communicate in German and English (written & oral) and can prepare content in a targeted and comprehensible manner.
