As Process Engineer Cycle Development (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You are responsible for the development, validation and documentation of H2O2 biodecontamination cycles both internally and locally with our customers. You agree to the processes and requirements closely with internal departments and with our international customers from the pharmaceutical industry. The functioning of the bio-decontamination cycles is tested and optimized by you directly at the pharmaceutical plants. Regular project stays, especially for customers worldwide, are part of the work and offer you a versatile international working environment with varied possibilities of use in Germany and abroad. You support training activities, commissioning and service operations and actively participate in internal projects for the further development of the systems. Through systematic fault analyses and active troubleshooting, you make a decisive contribution to optimizing our systems.

You have a technical or scientific qualification, for example by studying, a technical training or a comparable career in fields such as pharmaceutical technology or microbiology. Different educational and career paths are equally welcome. Your high technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex challenges are crucial, complemented by the willingness and joy to travel internationally. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the process environment of the pharmaceutical, biotech or life science industry. Experience in the areas of plant qualification, validation and GMP knowledge is advantageous. You are inspiring for technical relationships, think analytically and enjoy solving complex challenges together in the team. An open communication and best practice sharing are of course for you.
