As an IT Service Manager (m/w/d) in our team, you are End to End responsible for some of our SaaS/Cloud/On-Prem solutions and make sure that the IT service is adapted to the business goals and needs. Together with your colleagues, you are fully responsible for all phases of the IT service life cycle (Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continuous Service Improvement) You manage both the scope, quality (KPIs / SLAs) and budget of IT services You tax internal and external IT partners and participate in supplier and contract negotiations The continuous initiation and coordination of improvements in IT services and related processes is also part of your tasks. You agree with our IT business units and our IT project organization

You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT, etc. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience as IT service manager You should bring experience in SaaS/Cloud solutions Knowledge in the field of supplier management and the management of international service providersAn ITIL and/or SIAM certification is desirable, but can also be recovered from us Since you will work in an international team, good English skills are a prerequisite for the position Occasionally traveling to our TenneT locations Bayreuth or Teaching are not a problem for you
