In this role, you assume the technical responsibility for the HKL plants in our newly built headquarters. You understand the technical interaction of the plants and ensure the necessary measures for safe and reliable plant operation. You act monitoring, controlling and coordinating and are the central technical contact point for internal contact persons and external service providers in HKL questions. In detail, this means: You ensure safe, reliable operation and maintenance of all HKL systems in building management. You control, coordinate and monitor external service providers, in particular the technical general service providers in HKL topics, and pay attention to technical quality, on-time performance and compliance with contracts and standards. You support the construction, implementation and operation of the CAFM maintenance module and the building control technology. You provide complete and comprehensible technical documentation, from plant documentation to test reports, to maintenance and maintenance certificates. You create reporting and follow relevant key figures, such as defect status, measure progress and plant availability. You actively participate in tenders, performance descriptions and the design of contract contents for technical FM services and introduce your practical experience.

You have a completed training for master or state-tested technicians or a completed study of supply, building or TGA technology or a comparable qualification. You bring extensive, long-term professional experience (usually at least 10 years) in technical facility management, in plant operation or in the management of technical service providers, ideally with a focus on HKL. The handling of CAFM systems is familiar to you, ideally you have already accompanied the rebuilding or reorganisation of such a system. You work structured, document-proof and meet technical evaluations based and comprehensible. The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are a personality that takes responsibility, is pragmatic and convinces with experience, ophthalmicity and reliability.
