Team Leader Compliance (m/f/d)

In this responsible role, you take over the technical and disciplinary management of the compliance team and are responsible for the further development and implementation of an integrated compliance and operational risk management system. Special responsibility Management and further development of the Compliance area, internal audit and operational risk management. Planning and implementation of internal audits and monitoring of external audits and accreditations. Development and maintenance of the written order (SFO), internal guidelines and policies. Establishment, maintenance and monitoring of an Operational Disk Management System (OpRisk) for identifying, evaluating and controlling operational risks. Central and proactive coordination of scheme requirements as part of certifications according to ISO and other relevant standards and accreditations. Ensuring compliance with regulatory, normative and safety-relevant requirements (including sanctions/embargo) Close cooperation with internal departments, management and external stakeholders, in particular with DAkkS and other supervisory or certification bodies. Management responsibility Leadership, motivation and further development of an interdisciplinary team in the field of compliance and risk management. Complete studies in the field of business, law, IT security, auditing, risk management or comparable qualification. Professional experience in compliance, audit, certification or risk management, ideally in an accredited or regulated company. At least basic knowledge on general topics of IT security, so that you can also discuss the implementation of safety-relevant requirements in cooperation with internal departments and IT administration. knowledge of risk management frameworks or ISO regulations (e.g. 17065, ISO 27001), or other relevant standards of advantage.
