(Senior) Recruitment Consultants | Create your own market (m/f/d)

You accompany the entire recruiting process – from the acquisition of new mandates to the successful occupation. You identify and win qualified candidates through Active Sourcing, your network and other recruiting channels. You conduct interviews, advise candidates at eye level and accompany them throughout the entire application process. You enter our clients independently and develop long-term customer relationships. You work closely with the management and bring your own ideas to the further development of our processes and our business.

You bring at least two years of professional experience in personal advice or 360° recruiting. You already have a resilient network in your market, such as Finance & Financial Services, Engineering, Healthcare, Sales & Supply Chain or a comparable specialization. You work independently and want to further develop your market in the long term. Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment and a high service orientation characterize you. You have the desire to take responsibility and grow together with us.
