Head of Construction & Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

Leadership & Development: You lead an interdisciplinary team of technical and infrastructural areas, develop employees and create clear responsibilities, structures and processes.

Stock management: You develop strategies for refurbishment, modernization and maintenance and ensure a technically and economically sustainable development of the building stock.

Construction projects: You control demanding construction, rebuilding and infrastructure projects from planning to implementation and take over the central coordination on the client side.

Partner control: You coordinate external planning offices, construction lines, specialist companies and service providers, accompany tenders and awards and ensure quality, appointments and costs.

Technology & Infrastructure: You keep a holistic view of building technology, energy, supply and technical facilities and continuously develop existing systems and operating structures.

Budget & Processes: You are responsible for investment and operating budgets, developing key figures and reporting systems and ensuring transparent, resilient decision-making.

Security & standards: Together with internal and external partners, you ensure compliance with relevant technical, structural and operational requirements and continuously develop existing standards.

Education: You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical background.

Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in building, real estate or technical building management and have already managed complex projects independently.

Leadership: You have experience in the leadership and development of employees and understand how to give orientation, make decisions clear and communicate responsibly.

Construction Practice: You know planning, construction management and project management from practice and have a good understanding of building construction, building construction, building technology and infrastructure.

Know-how: building and procurement law, budget management, tendering and cooperation with planners, specialist companies and service providers are familiar to you. Experience with M365 and facility management software is beneficial.

Personality: You work binding, clear and structured, communicate safely across different levels and keep an overview in complex situations. Process affinity, hands-on mentality and sustainable thinking complete your profile.

Responsibility: You take a central leadership role with direct leadership responsibility and great influence on future development.

Remuneration: You will receive an attractive annual salary between €80,000 and €100,000 in line with the responsibility of the position.
