You can do that Thanks to your strong understanding of the challenges of day-to-day business, you translate operational requirements into resilient planning, forecasting and control approaches, creating a sound basis for management decisions With well-founded scenario analyses, simulations and cost-effectiveness assessments, you create transparency about future personnel and cost developments and thereby guide concrete action recommendations for management. The analysis, evaluation and control of personal economic indicators and provisions are part of your responsibility as well as ensuring a transparent and audit-proof mapping of relevant personnel topics Together with HR, Financial Controlling and the management teams, you continuously develop personal controlling and provide meaningful reports, analyses and dashboards for a sound basis of decision Digitalization and automation of planning, forecasting and reporting processes are actively driving forward and successfully bringing innovative solutions to the organization

That's what you got A successfully completed university degree (Diplom or Master) of Business Administration, Finance or Mathematics Long-term professional experience in personal controlling, ideally in the care of highly operational business areas with shift operation and high staff intensity in complex organisations In-depth knowledge of personnel cost planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis Experience in the preparation of audit-proof analyses and overheads for auditors, internal audit and controlling Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
