Your tasks:

• Preparation and creation of presentations and diagrams in PowerPoint
• Processing the required key figures in Excel and processing data for clients
• Create, check and edit evaluations and reports
• Contents for department and group management
• Create reports, logs, and documentation (also according to Phono-Diktat)
• Responsible for compliance with deadlines arising from the dates
• Preparation of client appointments and logging of meetings

Your qualifications: • Completed commercial training • Multiannual professional experience in work with PowerPoint • Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills and good number understanding • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing • Organizational design, reliability and a very good communication capability
