You support the staff & organization team in operational day-to-day business with project-related tasks and will increasingly take on more responsibility You participate in the further development of digital processes in the field of personnel and organization – including the use of AI-based tools You accompany the project management and learn how to coordinate complex processes You participate in the development of innovative concepts in human resources management so that you can expand your skills in a targeted manner You help in creating presentations and reports to acquire your knowledge of communication

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
