UX Designer - Conversion / Analytics / Figma (m/w/d)

You take the end-to-end responsibility for a product area of our websites and online shops and/or for a brand of our group, along with a cross-functional expert: You work closely with cross-functional teams and agree with all relevant interfaces (development, technology, agencies, product management, product marketing, sales, customer service etc.) You design and optimise UX concepts, flows and Wireframes for our international website areas You bring user perspective, usability and conversion goals in line and use analytics data, heatmaps & user feedback to identify vulnerabilities and derive hypotheses You design and accompany A/B tests and CRO measures together with our PO and Data team You support the development of our group-wide design system and think, introduce new ideas and test Moonshots

You have several years of experience in the field of UX Design – ideally in ecommerce or platform environment You have a good sense of conversion optimization and customer journeys You have experience in web analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics, GA4) and ideally with testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target, Optimizely) You are routined in dealing with tools like Figma, Miro, Mouseflow or User Testing You work independently, structured and result-oriented and have fun in cross-functional cooperation with an open mindset You communicate safely in English and German (at least B2 CEFR Standard) and understand to translate complex user and business requirements from different stakeholders in the company into seamless workflows and concept ideas
