Project planning Creating and working on load and duty booklets by PLM process Creating project budgets and project schedules according to PLM process Check current market requirements and lead-edge technologies (Benchmark) Clearing and defining work packages and project organization Project management Guide, plan and prepare project meetings in agile and waterfall structures together with the team (phase meetings) Plan milestones (structuring, effort estimation, appointments) and internal/external coordination appointments and communication Leading the project team: Defining and tuning the project tasks Implementation of employees, testing and discussing work results Supporting employees to improve work processes Issue internal/external subcontracts for development services (in consultation with development and purchasing managers) Technical and organizational clarification of product questions, deviations and optimization requirements Project controlling Calculation and tracking of operating and development costs Tracking the Services and Dates Capturing the project status and monitoring of the project sequence in case of deviations, initiation of corrective measures Ensure compliance with economic objectives and technical requirements Creating management reports Quality assurance of the project and risk management and change management

Complete studies in the field of energy technology, energy technologies, renewable energies, solar technology (photovoltaics) Very good knowledge of project management tools as well as digital process and collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence etc. Expertise in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Effective time and project management and analytical thinking Safe and binding occurrence and pronounced communicative skills
