The support of the telephone and customer reception as well as the reception and welcome of our customers is one of your main tasks You also ensure professional and efficient processing of customer requests Continue to receive and edit calls Machining of driver cards / company cards and workshop cards Your duties include general office activities, such as the processing of written and oral correspondence

Commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in comparable position desirable We also like to offer a chance to cross-enter with professional experience in other commercial areas Routined handling of MS Office Self-working, strong organisational skills, team skills and high degree of trustworthiness and loyalty Structured operation as well as high service orientation and joy at customer contact
