As head of the MRP Ost at TÜV Rheinland, the needs of our customers and the capacities of our operative employees from the occupational medical service are brought together. As a management force in the central area, you are centrally responsible for ensuring all processes in the MRP by your team, in coordination with your management team. Your areas to dispose include the operating areas northeast and southeast. For the employees assigned to you, you are the primary contact person in both personal and professional questions and perform your team accordingly professionally and disciplinefully taking into account economic criteria. You and your team are responsible for the annual planning in the area of East. You will ensure the optimal utilisation of your employees as well as our operatives in the occupational medical service. Your team works independently and independently as a solution finder for our external and internal customers, taking into account our processes. Through your controlling (control and control) you lead your team to our goals. You are regularly at the locations of your team in Berlin and Leipzig on site and in the two associated regions North and Southeast.

A completed vocational training/studies or comparable qualification as well as at least three years of professional experience, preferably in disposition Multiannual experience in employee management is required You ensure efficiency through the uniform implementation of the processes and tax the timely execution of the contracts You can also communicate complex facts with interfaces in different hierarchical levels/enterprise areas You have the pleasure of maintaining cross-departmental good working relationships, the active design of cooperation and our customers always look at You have very good knowledge in handling MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
