Receptionist (w/m/d)

You are the central interface of our site in Neuenstein - here information, people and processes come together. With an overview, organizational talent and a secure appearance, you make sure everything works in the background.

You make sure that all the themes are running around the reception as at the lapel and our guests feel comfortable.

The job is full-time and part-time (from 35h). Working hours are between 07:30 - 17:00

Post- & package management: control of input and output, franking and internal distribution (about 1,400 shipments per month) Pool car organisation: issue, withdrawal and documentation of vehicle use First contact person at the location: receiving calls, receiving visitors and coordinating external requests Location organization: room preparation, key management and coordination with service providers Office organization: Office and consumables Structured incorporation: We care about individual incorporation. Our long-term reception team is working intensively to show you everything you need to know for a successful start.

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an office businessman/wife, businesswoman for office management, administration or comparable Secure handling of MS Office, especially Outlook Ideally experience in contact with external contacts such as customers, suppliers or applicants A professional, sovereign appearance, communication strength and a friendly appearance Organizational, independent, structure and a hands-on mentality Very good German knowledge (C2) in word and writing as well as pleasure in professional communication
