(Senior) Strategic Project Manager (m/w/d)

Head of medium-sized or complex projects with strategic focus

Creating detailed project plans, monitoring progress and control of resources

Control of a large project team, often consisting of several subprojects

Responsibility for achieving project goals in terms of quality, time and budget

Implementation of stakeholder management at top management level

Escalation management and solving critical project situations

Preparation of management bodies at the highest level

Further development of junior project managers

Strategic and continuous development of the area in terms of project management processes and methods

Successfully completed studies, with business or technical orientation at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a strategy-related field or in consulting Very good communication skills and organizational talent Friendly and open personality with a proactive, targeted and predictive way of working Diplomatic skill and team spirit and commitment Proven experiences in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams Ability to work quickly into complex and new situations Ideas for optimizing project and process processes Motivation to learn “new” Very safe and binding occurrence Including experience in project management, also in agile project methodology Very high analytical, problem-solving and flexible operation English and German language skills in word and writing Occasionally readiness to travel
