As Team Manager (m/w/d) Implementation Services for the Düsseldorf location, you take responsibility for the implementation services sector in Germany. Together with your team, you will ensure that our customer solutions (Jobfeed & Connect) are efficiently provided, continuously developed and successfully integrated into the market. This allows you to make a central contribution to technical integration, customer satisfaction and strategic customer loyalty. You report directly to the Senior Director Customer Experience & Operations and run a team of around 10 employees. Tasks Leadership & Coaching: Leadership, Development and Motivation of an Interdisciplinary Team (~10 FTE) Resource & Capacity Planning: Control of Resources, Priorities and Performance Management Technical Responsibility: Further development and operation of Jobfeed connections (automated import of job advertisements) as well as the Connect interfaces (Export & Return of applicant data and quality signals) Product & Project work: Close cooperation with product management, technology and other stakeholders to define, prioritize and implement new features and integration solutions Sales support: Development of argumentation lines for customer skills and close cooperation with Sales in positioning integration solutions in the sales process Strategy & Innovation: Building a medium and long-term vision for implementation services as well as market monitoring of relevant technical standards (e.g. HR-Tech APIs, Programmatic Job Advertising)

You have already gained leadership experience and enjoy developing and motivating a team A good understanding of API-based integrations and data flows is ideally combined You have experience in collaboration between Tech, Product and Sales Communication and moderation strength characterize you Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality is of course for you Knowledge in the B2B SaaS or HR-Tech environment is advantageous – but no requirement
