Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Would you like to accompany a group with individual and intensive care? Are you looking forward to a position at eye level with the client, a close exchange within the team and a very good communication culture? Our location in Wichernstraße 31 in Mühltal near Darmstadt is unique, family and manageable. 11 residents with different impairments live together on 3 spacious floors with a wide range of spaces and a beautiful garden.

How does your day look like • They support our clients with empathy and humour in managing everyday themes and design their leisure activities • They respond flexibly to different educational and nursing requirements and ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • In direct cooperation with exciting people, you have a lot of time and space for individual care and enable the most self-determined and self-responsible life planning and management of our residents • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our residents, work in cooperation with the group of residences, relatives, legal advisors and our experts who assist you in your work
