Responsibility for configuration management according to AQAP 2110/2310 and V-model XT, including planning, implementation and monitoring of all CM processes Creation, maintenance and monitoring of the configuration management plans (CMP) and ensuring complete traceability of all configuration elements over the entire product life cycle Control and execution of the identification, control, testing and status tracking of configurations (configuration identification, change control, status accounting, audits) Support in defining and managing baselines in close coordination with project management and development teams Organisation and moderation of Change Control Boards (CCB) and evaluation and follow-up of amendments Planning and implementation of configuration audits (FCA/PCA) and ensuring compliance with internal and customer-specific requirements Close cooperation with quality management, development, logistics and system engineering to ensure consistent product and documentation levels Support in the creation of delivery documentation and delivery releases (Delivery Release) Application and maintenance of appropriate tools for configuration management and version control Participation in the continuous development of the configuration management system and the associated processes

Completed studies in a technical or scientific field Experience gained in configuration management of technical systems, preferably in safety-critical or military environment Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines: AQAP 2110/2310, STANAG, MIL-STD-973, ISO 10007, V-model XT Experience with configuration and version control systems (e.g. PTC Windchill, IBM Rational, Polarion, etc.) Analytical thinking, structured and conscientious working German and English knowledge for communication with international partners and authorities Intercultural competence for successful work with international teams and partners High social competence, especially in the construction of trust and professional handling of clients and specialist departments
