The focal points of the varied and exciting site are the execution planning & interface coordination, the tender procedure, the construction process optimization and quality management. In this role, they work closely with the management, civil engineers, construction managers and architects in order to jointly implement demanding residential projects such as the development of single-family, series and multi-family houses.

Examination of technical planning quality, ensuring plausibility and feasibility. Coordination with specialist planners and construction management, identification and clarification of planning deviations.
