For the department ''Integrated Logistic Support and In-Service Support Optronics'' (ILS / ISS), we are looking at the Oberkochen site at the next possible time Project Manager (m/d) The ''Integrated Logistic Support and In-Service Support Optronics'' department is responsible for the production of the supplyability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In the ILS phase, the department lays the logistical foundations for a successful service business of the HENSOLDT Optronics customer service. During the use phase, the team delivers various services based on contractual agreements to keep the optoelectronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.

Head of “In-Service Support” projects to maintain or restore the readiness of complex electro-optical systems of the security and defence industry Planning, control and implementation of measures to maintain the availability of complex ground-based systems Creating extensive service and spare parts offers Acquisition, preparation, negotiation and support of full-service and subcontractor contracts in close cooperation with customers, external partners, suppliers and internal and external subcontractors Definition, agreement and approval of work packages in terms of performance content, dates, interfaces, target costs and dates Control of service provision (national and international) as well as reporting and accounting Ensuring the achievement of projects, in particular in the dimensions of costs, time, performance and quality Acquisition and care, as well as preparation and negotiation of service contracts Developing and implementing comprehensive service concepts as well as creating external offers for the provision of services

Complete technical studies supplemented by economic knowledge or comparable Multiannual experience in technical project management Experience in obsolescence management, change management and configuration management as well as knowledge in life cycle management Experience within the defence industry or a military background Very good knowledge of logistical requirements of military systems as well as the necessary services and good knowledge of export and ITAR regulations Secure handling of MS Office, Sharepoint applications and SAP Impressed organizational ability and ability to manage multiple topics and projects in parallel Teamability, Enforcement and Communication Strength German and very good English skills, further language skills advantageous
