Werkstudent Customer Value Management with a focus on reporting & analysis (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf You work as a working student:independently on reporting and analysis in the Fixed Retention Squad, which is responsible for the performance of the fixed-network broadband and TV stand customers. You monitor the performance of the sales channels and display deviations. You analyze the performance of NBA tips and campaigns and share your insights with the squad. You update management presentations by combining inputs from different reports. You support the team with ad hoc analysis of performance and customer behavior.

You are studying BWL, Business Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing or a comparable discipline preferably in the higher semester. You bring a high degree of independence and a quick understanding. You're safe in dealing with numbers. You have knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau or similar software solutions. You are able to interpret data and carry out sound analyses. You communicate your findings clearly and precisely, both in writing and oral. You have a careful and precise operation with a focus on detail. You are ready to work closely with other team members and exchange information.
