You play a central role in building our Group-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) and work closely with top management. In addition, you develop framework, processes and standards according to recognised requirements such as BSI 200-4 and ISO 22301 Transfer of existing emergency and crisis structures to an integrated, sustainable BCM model with clear responsibilities and effective control mechanisms Management of cross-departmental projects and close cooperation with departments, international units and relevant interfaces in the context of Business Resilience Identification of critical processes and risks (risk management), deriving concrete measures and address-oriented preparation for senior management Translation of governance, risk and regulatory requirements in practical solutions and their sustainable anchoring in the company Accompanying implementations, tests and exercises in the field of Business Continuity & Crisis Management and continuous development of BCM Regular reporting and support of sound management decisions to strengthen corporate resilience (operational resilience)

Successfully completed studies, e.g. in business, economics or comparable Multiannual experience in project management, ideally in a consultancy or in complex organizational structures Knowledge of governance, risk management (Risk Management), internal audit or business continuity management (BCM) Proactive way of working with the claim to advance themes independently and achieve measurable results Sovereign appearance and experience in dealing with different stakeholders, also at management level High self-initiative, implementation strength and joy in actively promoting themes Very good knowledge of German and English
