Head of Construction and Maintenance - Hagen branch office (m/f/d)

Management of the tasks and objectives as well as control and coordination of the processes and personnel of the Construction and Conservation Division in the field Defining the implementation of tasks and projects in accordance with the Construction and Conservation Division of the Office, in particular in the areas:Construction measures:Controls the approval of the execution plans (routes) and structures of the Office Controls the construction preparation incl. Creation of technical award documents Coordinated construction monitoring and construction management

Preservation measures:Controls the construction and conservation programme in coordination with the works service Controls structural monitoring and testing (simple testing according to DIN 1076) and approval of engineering design plans, except for special engineering works Coordinates a close cooperation with the business area Planning of the offices in engineering matters

Approval and control of contracts and contracts with construction companies, engineering offices and third parties Continuous review of the achievement of the objective of the Construction and Conservation Division, derives corrective measures when the objectives are missed and controls their implementation Continuous verification of compliance with the requirements laid down by the headquarters of the Autobahn GmbH, branch management and the external branch management in relation to the tasks of the Construction and Conservation Division Knowledge transfer and exchange of experience and support for the associated knowledge management

Successfully completed university or university studies with the focus on civil engineering (Diplom; Master) as well as comparable qualification or corresponding knowledge and skills acquired in practice Professional experience in road construction management and sound knowledge in road and bridge construction Leadership experience based on a cooperative and motivating leadership style Experience with early public participation and the implementation of dialogue events and experience in project management Class B driving licence and the willingness to operate a service vehicle, readiness to travel within the establishment
