Leadership and development: You lead and develop a powerful team with currently 6 corporate customer advisors and 5 customer managers. Strategic cooperation: The strategic development of the corporate customer business is one of your key tasks. You identify market potentials, develop new sales impulses in cooperation with the business director company customers and implement them in the sense of consistent and holistic market management. The further development of the topics of consortial loan business, renewable energies, commercial real estate financing and the associated cross-seling are at your focus. Loan business with a wide view: you control a balanced, risk-conscious and yield-oriented credit portfolio and ensure a sustainable development of our customer relationships and our market share. You are equally responsible for the yield, risks and quality in the top segment of corporate and municipal customers. With representation and networking, you ensure high market visibility. Innovations at the heart of time: You accompany innovation and change processes in the company's customer business.

You have completed a training to / to the qualified Savings Bank Business Administration / Savings Bank Business Administration or acquired a degree in finance, business or a comparable qualification. You have several years of successful experience in supporting demanding corporate and corporate customers with expertise for complex financing structures. Ideally, you have already assumed leadership responsibility.
