Own-sponsored cooperation in accounting (banks and loan accounts book and vote, and make delimitations) Creation of the net inventory value and the Bundesbank report Preparation of interest and eradication plans via DATEV and processing of loan overviews Creation and transmission of sales tax pre-registrations and registration for tax deduction in construction services Responsible preparation, evaluation and delivery of reports to internal and external functional areas Accounting of real estate investment and investment Sales tax audits of lease contracts in current business Advice on balance sheet and sales tax issues Communication with authorities and external partners, appointment coordination and database maintenance Project-related tasks

Completed training on the tax specialist, a completed economic study with a focus on finance/booking or a further training on the account holder Professional security in accounting and interest in accounting and tax issues Team-oriented and independent working Flexibility and loadability Good DATEV and MS Office skills
