They are familiar with the coordination and planning of construction projects.

• They work with specialist planners, local authorities and suppliers and agree with them.
• They are responsible for the determination of costs and the creation of offers and the development of tenders.
• They control the construction.
• They present your work results and communicate with interface departments.

Your qualifications

A completed study (engineering or similar) or a similar qualification with corresponding specialist knowledge are your basis.

• They have several years of experience in the handling of construction and maintenance projects including: Planning, costing, time and cost planning and tracking.
• Ideally, you already have experience in creating performance directories and in cooperation with foreign companies and awards.
• Team skills and self-employed work.
• Good knowledge of English and an analytical, targeted procedure complete your profile.
